Easton Chassis Supplier Award

Much of the work we do for Eaton involves precision fabrication, assembly, warehousing and shipping of chassis and enclosures for electronic and computer equipment. As practitioners of proactive cost reduction, we analyze every drawing to identify areas where cost savings can be achieved. We respond to RFQs with suggestions and recommendations that improve manufacturability while reducing raw material expense. In several situations, we provided no-cost prototypes to prove our concepts.

Our quality metrics speak for themselves. Over a very large volume of work, we maintain an exceptionally high rate of conforming product and an impressive on-time delivery record of 98%. We provide immediate response to quality concerns and place a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.

We also make doing business with us very easy. In addition to supporting Eaton's KANBAN and just-in-time delivery programs, we accommodate expedited orders without charging a premium.
